CALLED TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM by Barret Glasnapp.
ATTENDANCE:

- Kenny Kennebeck, At Large Advisory Member
- Kurt Baumhover, At Large Advisory Member
Absent:

Treasurer’s Report:
- CPA Balance is $7873.19
NEW BUSINESS:
- Repairing and Resurfacing Graham Park Courts: The Board has received a
bid from Cutting Edge in Nevada, Iowa, to repair cracks and damage at Graham
Park Pickleball Courts, and Kurt Baumhover will bring this to the City Council.
- Lights: Lights for the pickleball courts are in the city’s budget for 2027.
Discussed temporary lighting.
- Lines on Tennis Courts: The CPA will be painting pickleball lines on the tennis
courts after tennis season this year. The city will provide the paint, and the CPA
will be responsible for painting the lines.
- Summer League:
o Summer League is tentatively scheduled to begin on May 6 and will be
every Wednesday for 12 weeks.
o Discussed Inverted Box Play format, which will be implemented for
Summer League.
o Subs will be assigned by League Coordinator, and they will be able to
move up or down in the box play format.
- Windscreens: Discussed purchasing windscreens. Will look into cost and
liability before moving forward with purchase.
