The Workforce Colorado Rural Alliance’s Business Services Team supports local employers with recruitment, retention, and ongoing staffing needs through a wide range of no-cost services. Services are designed to help businesses attract, develop, and retain the talent needed to grow and succeed.
Through the Workforce Colorado Rural Alliance (WCRA), employers have access to customized workforce solutions, including job postings through Connecting Colorado, hiring events and job fairs, labor market information, employer education opportunities, and connections to local resources and training programs.
Additional services include support for work-based learning opportunities, such as internships, apprenticeships, and on-the-job training, helping businesses build talent pipelines and strengthen employee retention.
