Johnston Public Library makes it easy for community members to get a library card and start enjoying all the resources the library offers. Residents of Johnston, people living in contracting communities, and those in areas with libraries participating in Iowa’s Open Access program are welcome to apply. Applicants under the age of 14 will need a parent or guardian present to sign the application when the card is issued.
