The Custodial Technician Skills Training Program is a six-week paid program that teaches essential custodial skills, including cleaning hard floors, carpets, restrooms, and above-floor surfaces. Participants gain hands-on experience with cleaning equipment, learn about cleaning products, and explore customer service best practices. Following the ISSA Cleaning Management Institute curriculum, trainees can earn the Certified Custodial Technician credential upon completion, giving them a recognized credential for the industry.
