Paratransit provides reliable transportation for customers with special mobility needs throughout Central Iowa. Trips may be provided by a DART Paratransit minibus, Yellow Cab taxi, or a UZURV vehicle marked with a DART decal. Bus Plus customers are required to recertify their status every three years or when their certification expires to continue using the service, and DART will notify customers by mail to ensure there is no interruption in service.
