NNCCF raises awareness and advocates for childhood cancer by participating in national events like Childhood Cancer Action Day, where families and staff meet with lawmakers in Washington, DC. The Know the Gold Campaign, launched each September for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, spreads awareness and funds through community events and gold ribbon pins. These efforts bring attention to the challenges of childhood cancer while building support and connections to fight the disease.
