Opportunities to Contribute

As a nonprofit organization, New Home Development Company's work is funded by a variety of local, state, and federal grants, income generated by rental properties, and private contributions.

Annually, NHDC contracts with the Four County ADAMHS Board to provide mental health housing services throughout the Ohio counties of Williams, Fulton, Defiance, and Henry. This contract contributes half of NHDC's annual operating budget. NHDC has been awarded grants for capital expenditures from the following agencies/departments: The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, HUD, The Ohio Housing Finance Agency, and Community Development Finance Fund.

As an individual or organization, you too can join in the important work of NHDC. There are many ways to help. Consider one of the following opportunities:

• Contribute financially to the work of NHDC through monthly, annual, or one-time monetary gifts.
• Become a corporate sponsor
• Include NHDC in your estate planning
• Donate office supplies
• Adopt an apartment
