Foundational Assessment

The Foundational Assessment is a comprehensive 90-minute appointment designed to give you clear answers and a personalized path forward for your child’s health. During this in-person visit, we review medical history, perform a complete physical exam, and evaluate ordered labs to better understand your child’s concerns and your family’s goals. This one-time assessment is the first step in your child’s healing journey and focuses on identifying and addressing root causes rather than simply managing symptoms. You will receive an individualized plan along with thoughtful recommendations for nutrition and supplementation to support optimal wellness.
