All applications for a marriage license are available by appointment only. Before scheduling, please download and review the provided PDF checklist to ensure you have all necessary information and documents. Once you have reviewed the checklist, contact the office at (970) 641-2038 to ask any questions or to schedule your appointment. Marriage license services are conducted at the Blackstock Government Center, and the offices are closed on legal holidays.
