The Garden Series 5-Year Limited Warranty guarantees that your storage building is free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery, and will be repaired or replaced if any components fail under normal residential use within five years of purchase. For commercial use, the warranty period is one year. To keep the warranty valid, all exposed surfaces must be painted within 90 days of installation and repainted every five years with proof of paint purchase, and the building must be properly maintained. Please note that workmanship is not covered if the product is constructed or assembled by anyone other than authorized installers, and the warranty does not cover installation or re-installation costs or natural wood characteristics such as splitting, warping, or twisting.
