Marketplace Barista

Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned remodeling company for over 40 years! We are looking for a Marketplace Barista and Associate who fits our company culture, is innovative, has integrity, and will help us continue our reputation of above and beyond customer service and quality work.

Marketplace Barista and Associate Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalency; 1 (+) year(s) of barista experience; current Food Handler’s Permit upon hire, required.

· Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Square POS, and various applications; knowledge of our brands and events, preferred.

· A passion for coffee and building community.

· Effective interpersonal communication, time management, and organization skills.

· Directed decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.

Marketplace Barista and Associate Responsibilities:

· Attend goal-setting meetings with the Manager and team.

· Ensure the Bar is open and functioning on assigned days to prepare beverages, food, and support with training new hires.

· Update the daily Bar inventory needs to arrange deliveries and pick-ups for perishable and non-perishable products and materials.

· Work the floor to sell merchandise and assist inventory process of receiving, tagging, and merchandising as needed.

· Represent our brands at on-site and off-site events.

Pay: $14.00-$18.00/hr. with tips and bonuses.

Schedule:

· On-site, part-time, 16-32 hours per week, .5-hour lunch, non-exempt.

· Rotating schedule Monday-Friday (7:00am-5:30pm).

· Rotating Saturday (7:30am-3:30pm).
