Beginner Level classes are perfect if you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break. This level is ideal for anyone who has only tried mat Pilates, hasn’t taken a Reformer class in over a month, needs exercise modifications due to body concerns, is over 60, has mobility limitations, or is pre- or post-natal. These classes focus on building a safe foundation, proper form, and confidence in a supportive, welcoming environment.
