Jump Board is a 50-minute intermediate class that delivers a fun, high-energy full-body workout with a cardio focus. By combining Jumpboard circuits with core and arm exercises, this class boosts your heart rate while being gentle on the knees, ankles, and hips. Using controlled, low-impact plyometric movements on the Reformer, you’ll improve coordination, build strength, and burn calories without adding bulk. If you’re new to Jumpboard, we recommend starting with an Intro to Jumpboard class to master proper form and get the most out of every jump.
