Crime Victim Compensation

Crime Victim Compensation may help cover expenses such as medical bills, mental health counseling, lost wages, disability, or burial costs if you were physically or emotionally harmed by a crime, with certain exceptions. Each application is carefully reviewed by the Office of the Attorney General to determine eligibility, and while payment is not guaranteed, the program is designed to provide support for victims in need.
