Wound Care

Our Wound Care program at Arbor Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare focuses on competence, confidence, and continuous quality improvement. Residents benefit from a specialized team, including our Director of Nursing and physical therapy staff, who collaborate with each resident’s primary care physician to create a personalized care plan. We provide education to residents and caregivers on managing skin and wound conditions, using an interdisciplinary approach with certified wound care specialists to promote healing and support a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
