The St. Charles Library partners with St. Louis County and St. Louis Public Library to provide hospitals with welcome bags for newborns and their families, each containing a board book, literacy tips, and a Born to Read Library card. Families are encouraged to activate their new library card at the nearest branch to begin exploring resources and programs. This Library to You service is delivered by the Library’s Outreach team and supported by the St. Charles City-County Library Foundation.
