The subject property was a qualitative improvement to the existing self-storage supply in the market. The property is extremely well-positioned with substantial frontage and visibility from Interstate 50 (I-50) (to the north). High traffic counts (approximately 172,000 vehicles daily on the I-50) further enhanced the site’s potential. Sacramento is the capital of California and the seat of government of Sacramento County. The property was completed and sold in March 2019.
