The existing building was a 72,740 SF Industrial/Manufacturing Facility on 7.76 acres, built in 1989, renovated in 2013. The zoning designation for the property is I-2 (General Industrial District). A Special Use Permit (SUP) was approved by the Delanco City Council on December 3, 2019, approving the self-storage use and RV/boat parking.
