Experience support and education during pregnancy with Marshall County Prenatal Yoga at LifePlex in Plymouth, IN. From April through October, join weekly Friday sessions from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM to practice yoga poses and breathing techniques that promote fetal positioning and ease the birthing process.
