Exhibits

The Marshall County Historical Society Museum’s main floor features the Marshall Gallery, where exhibits change each year to highlight a new county-wide theme. Window displays are updated regularly, offering something fresh for visitors to enjoy. Our 2025 exhibit, Roots of Recreation: A History of Marshall County Parks, explores the evolution of public parks across the county from early 20th-century recreation areas to WPA projects and beloved local parks like Magnetic Park. Past exhibits, such as Marshall County on Fire, have showcased the dramatic events that helped shape our communities’ history.
