Bowen Health’s Transitional Living services help adults build the skills and confidence needed to achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life. Designed for individuals aged 18 and older who are eligible for Medicaid and have a serious mental illness, our program provides on-site life skills coaching, medication management, coordination of community resources, and support for crisis stabilization in a safe and structured environment.
