Region 10 collaborates with regional transit agencies, advisory committees, and the public to coordinate comprehensive transportation planning across six western Colorado counties. Through the Gunnison Valley Transportation Planning Region (GVTPR) Committee, the organization helps develop 20-year multi-modal plans that cover roadways, transit, biking, pedestrian, aviation, and rail systems. Additionally, it provides a directory of public and private transportation services, including options for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Regular committee meetings, public input, and a monthly newsletter ensure communities stay informed, engaged, and connected to the region’s evolving transportation priorities.
