The C.E.F.S. Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Program is designed to support young people in overcoming barriers to achieving their educational and career goals. The program provides guidance and resources for both in-school and out-of-school youth, helping them prepare for employment and postsecondary education opportunities. Through skills training, credential attainment, and career development, the Youth Program equips participants with the tools needed to secure meaningful employment and pursue long-term advancement opportunities.
