Dislocated Worker

The Dislocated Worker Program supports eligible individuals from thirteen Illinois counties who are at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and compliant with Selective Service requirements. Priority is given to U.S. veterans, with eligibility extending to those who have lost employment due to layoffs, business closures, displacement as a homemaker, loss of self-employment, or as a spouse of an active-duty service member facing job loss or employment challenges.
