Experience a peaceful and focused in-person or virtual session designed to help you connect and receive guidance. To ensure the best experience for your sessions,  please arrive free of perfumes, colognes, hair products, watches, and mobile devices, and avoid caffeine beforehand. A 24-hour cancellation notice is appreciated, with a $25 fee for missed appointments without notice.
