If you run into any issues, just reach out to us at (970) 349-5353 or info@rompskis.com, and we’ll be happy to help. In some cases, we may ask you to drop off or ship your skis to our factory so we can take a closer look. Please note that if you’re experiencing a binding retention issue, warranty coverage may not apply if the bindings were mounted by someone other than a Romp Skis employee.
