The Hymn of Praise is a joyful part of worship where we lift our voices with the angels to honor God’s glory and love. Following the Apostolic Greeting and the Kyrie, we sing together to praise the God we can trust with the whole world. At Community Lutheran Church, we use two different Hymns of Praise drawn from Scripture, including “Glory to God in the highest” from Luke and “Worthy Is Christ” from Revelation, as well as “This Is the Feast” inspired by Revelation 7. In these songs, we join the heavenly chorus, celebrating Christ’s sacrifice and God’s everlasting goodness.
