The Cultivating Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHLI), offered by the Hispanic Business Center at GHCC in partnership with the University of Georgia’s J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development, is a six-month program designed to equip members with essential leadership skills and a strong professional network. With interactive sessions, a two-day retreat, and mentorship opportunities, CHLI prepares participants to lead in business, community, and public service while fostering a commitment to giving back and creating lasting impact.
