Jackson Creek Senior Living is the vision of a group of individuals and organizations who sought to bring a high-quality senior lifestyle to the Tri-Lakes area. Located minutes from downtown Monument, Colorado, Jackson Creek Senior Living is a full-service senior community with independent living apartments, assisted living apartments and a memory support neighborhood. Owners include CSI Construction of Colorado Springs, which was established in 1978. CSI is a general contractor providing general contracting, construction management and design-build services. Minority owners for Jackson Creek include Greenwood Partners and Vivage Senior Living.

Jackson Creek Senior Living is managed by WellAge Senior Living. WellAge offers seniors and families quality independent living, assisted living and memory support and is the next generation of senior living from Vivage Senior Living. Vivage has been influential in senior living and health care throughout the western United States for more than three decades.
