Policy & Advocacy at IYT is all about breaking down barriers and creating lasting change for young men of color through leadership, grassroots organizing, and bold advocacy. Our paid Public Policy Internship Program gives students hands-on experience in government, policymaking, and community organizing while working alongside local leaders. Through initiatives like the 1300 Campaign, we’re driving systemic reforms that expand opportunities and increase college enrollment in the communities that need it most.
