The Mentor Fellowship Program is a year-long opportunity for college students to grow as leaders while guiding young men of color on their path to and through college. Fellows lead workshops, build supportive strategies, and collaborate with schools and communities to inspire resilience and success. Along the way, they gain professional development, a living allowance, and access to a powerful career network through AmeriCorps.
