Meals on Wheels provides home-delivered meals to eligible seniors who are unable to attend a senior center or safely prepare their own meals. The program offers one hot meal daily from Monday through Wednesday and, on Thursdays, one hot meal plus three frozen meals to cover Friday through Sunday. Each meal is carefully planned to provide at least one-third of the recommended daily allowance of essential nutrients, ensuring that homebound seniors receive balanced, reliable nutrition five or more days each week.
