Our Flexibility, Extensions & Conditioning class is a 45-minute add-on for $25 per month, open to dancers from kindergarten through 12th grade and strongly encouraged for Competitive Level Dancers. Using equipment and targeted exercises, students will build the strength and flexibility needed to support their technical training, with a focus on improving control and extension. This class does not include a year-end performance, allowing dancers to concentrate fully on their progress.
