Catalytic Past Programs

Catalytic Past Programs highlight PPORA’s role in sparking creative and impactful projects that bring people together around the outdoors. From the Litter Letter Project, a community art installation built with trash collected during Creek Week, to the Pikes Peak APEX, a world-class mountain bike challenge that raised funds for local trail stewardship, these programs showcase the power of collaboration. Though ownership has since transitioned to partner organizations, their continued success reflects PPORA’s commitment to building lasting connections between recreation, conservation, and community.
