The Fresh Start Substance Abuse Recovery Program offers a no-cost path to healing through a six-month residential treatment based on the Matrix Model and traditional 12-step approach. Participants are provided with shelter, meals, counseling, treatment, and regular meetings while contributing through work duties at the Center. Upon completion, individuals receive transition support including housing assistance, education opportunities, job placement guidance, and ongoing follow-up care to build a stable and independent future.
