If you need to modify an existing Mountain View Electric Association (MVEA) service, a Phase Conversion of Service Request is required. This applies when converting three-phase service to single-phase, single-phase service to three-phase, or when changing a three-phase 120/208 voltage service to a 277/480 voltage service, and vice versa.
