Cataracts

Cataracts are a common condition characterized by the clouding of the eye’s natural lens, often associated with aging but also accelerated by factors such as diabetes and certain medications. At our practice, we evaluate cataract patients daily, striving to enhance their vision through optimal prescription for glasses or contact lenses. When vision can no longer be adequately improved with corrective lenses, we work closely with patients to determine the right time to consider surgery. We collaborate with highly skilled cataract surgeons in our community and, thanks to our strong professional relationships, we can provide much of the post-operative care conveniently in our Monument office, minimizing both travel and time for our patients.
