Open Gyms provide children with the opportunity to enjoy supervised free play in a safe and engaging environment at Gym Skills. With limited availability, an advance RSVP is required to secure a spot. Participants can use this time to practice and refine skills, socialize with friends, stay active through play, and enjoy refreshments at the smoothie bar, all while having fun in a structured and supportive setting.
