Unlike the typical 50/50 split, consignors receive 60% of sales proceeds, with the store retaining 40% to cover operating costs. Items are listed for a 90-day period with scheduled price reductions of 5% every 15 days, up to a maximum of 25%. Unsold items at the end of the term must be picked up by the consignor.
