The Training and Emergency Medical Services Division is dedicated to equipping all employees with the education and resources needed to deliver high-quality emergency services to the citizens and visitors of the Monument Fire District. Through ongoing training programs and professional development opportunities, the division ensures personnel maintain the skills required for effective response. In addition, it actively collaborates with neighboring fire, EMS, and law enforcement agencies to promote interagency partnerships and strengthen coordinated emergency response capabilities.
