1-on-1 Strength Training


MaxStrength Fitness offers highly efficient, effective, and safe one-on-one personal training led by certified exercise specialists who ensure every session is precise and results-driven. Our training approach is based on a low-force, high-intensity protocol originally developed from an osteoporosis study conducted at the University of Florida Medical School in collaboration with Nautilus. With expertise in physical therapy, sports medicine, and strength and conditioning, we have refined and advanced this method to deliver exceptional health and fitness outcomes in just two focused, 20-minute sessions per week.
