Boys Recreational Classes at SunDance are designed for boys ages 6+ who are ready to build strength, coordination, and gymnastics skills in a fun and supportive setting. Starting with Squirrels, our beginner/intermediate class, boys learn foundational techniques and level 1–2 skills across all six men’s events while developing control, form, and confidence to grow into higher-level progressions.
