Special Kids Special Families offers education and training programs that promote health literacy, encourage preventative care, and enhance overall well-being. We create opportunities for learning and connection through engaging instruction on a variety of topics. As a Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment-approved training entity, we provide monthly Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) courses for Support Staff, Host Home Providers, and anyone caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our QMAP training is open to the public, making it a valuable resource for the community.
