The Administrative Services Department is an essential pillar of the Cosumnes Community Services District, providing strategic, technical, and operational support to the Board of Directors, all District departments, and the public. Through its specialized divisions, including Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, Facility Management, Landscape Architecture & Planning, and Human Resources, the department drives innovation, ensures fiscal stewardship, oversees facility and infrastructure development, and maintains the District’s parks, trails, and buildings.
