Formerly Incarcerated Individuals


This group includes adults re-entering society following incarceration, many of whom face significant barriers to reintegration. This population is disproportionately male and includes a high percentage of people of color.

Needs:

  • Transitional housing and stable living arrangements.
  • Employment opportunities and vocational training.
  • Mental health and substance use services.
  • Legal support and life skills education.

Access Strategy:

The Center will establish partnerships with re-entry programs, parole and probation offices, halfway houses, and community colleges. Our approach will emphasize dignity, accountability, and wraparound support.
