Through our Health Connection program, Tri-Lakes Cares partners with CommonSpirit’s Penrose-St. Francis Health Services to provide uninsured and underinsured neighbors with access to compassionate, community-based medical support. Services include appointments with a registered nurse, assistance connecting with healthcare providers, help with prescriptions and co-pays, health education, and access to free loaned medical equipment. With dedicated weekly office hours and partnerships across the region, we are committed to keeping you well, informed, and supported on your journey to better health.
