The Small Business Assistance Corporation (SBAC) is a nonprofit business development organization licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration and supported by the City of Savannah and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Dedicated to promoting economic growth, SBAC offers loans and technical assistance to new and existing small businesses in Savannah, southeast Georgia, and the Low Country of South Carolina. Available City-funded loan programs include the Direct Loan Program, Business Loan Guaranty Program, HUD Special Purpose Loan Program, and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Revolving Loan Program.
