Scholarships at South Suburban College are awarded based on academic achievements, personal goals, and faculty recommendations, with a focus on students who aren’t currently receiving other financial aid and those living in College District 510. Thanks to the generosity of local businesses, associates, and individuals, a variety of scholarships are available, each with its eligibility criteria set by the donors. Scholarship recipients may be featured in college publications and local media, and by applying, students agree to allow SSC to share their names and photos for promotional purposes.
