Volunteer

A Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer is a trained, dedicated individual appointed by a judge to advocate for the best interests of a child in foster care. CASA volunteers work closely with one child or sibling group at a time, providing personalized attention and support throughout the child welfare process. They play a critical role in helping children find safe, permanent homes more quickly, ultimately reducing the time children spend in the system and saving taxpayer resources.
