Established in 2018, Community Action Partnership of Greater St. Joseph's Action Teams are designed to actively involve residents in the fight against poverty. Guided by insights from our Community Needs Assessment, these teams focus on four key areas: Health, Education, Employment, and Housing. Community members are encouraged to join and collaborate in developing strategic solutions that address the root causes and conditions of poverty.
